inside you that deserve to be told -

stuff that can’t be confided in

friends, lovers or partners

it can surface from the deepest,

darkest trauma you’ve experienced

or the warmest shade of nostalgia

you’ve known in this life

an unrealized dream or a prayer

unheard by the gods that be

a love forbidden or forgotten

it’d be a mortal sin to rid this

world of such great literature.
