I was way too lost,

When sometime back,

My life went for a toss,

Too worried to step up,

Scared for those things,

Going back to the worst pain,

And I looked up at the sun shine,

Waiting for you to be mine, again!

I never wanted you to leave,

Digging holes too deep,

When you were there,

With all that care,

A decision I made,

For sure, in vain,

Looking up at the sun shine,

Hoping for you to be mine, again!

And now we are holding hands,

Having everything,

That we never had,

The love in our poisoned hearts,

Marking the road,

Where a new life is about to start!

Tonight, is the night of our escape,

Looking into each other's eyes,

We lay awake,

Witnessing a new sun shine,
