Yet he wasn't 

Just 15 days ago

I had talked to him 

But suddenly everything blacked out.


And all there was 

Was the sound of silence 

Which haunts me still 

At nights when I sleep 


All I think and hear 

Is that sound 

The sound of silence

Because after that I never saw him.
