Shades Of Grey

She was the creature of many mistakes. Being around the crowd was her desire. 

You loved her once, she will beg you to love her again.

Between her shades of black and white, he found GREY. That’s why they are called best friends.

They sat side by side sharing chocolate shake. Rain was pouring outside.

Silence surrounded everywhere. Only the water droplets could be heard. 

At this point in her life, his advice was the only ray of hope for her.

She sighed and broke the silence, 

“So many relationships and still I couldn’t make out. I am tired of this. External noise has disturbed my internal peace.” 

He held her hand, looked at the rain drops falling just inches away. 

“You will find your perfect match soon ” he gave her the relief.

She- “I don’t want the perfect match. but the one who can understand me perfectly. Accept me with all my flaws. Accept my shade of grey. Something is missing and I don’t know what is it. ”

He placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. She rested her head on his hand and closed her eyes in solace. He kissed his forehead. 

And the BEST FRIEND found their perfect match without knowing that they understand each other perfectly.
