Set Them Free!
Set Them Free!
There’s some pain,
Aggression or you call it anxiety.
Maybe grief or fear,
Which hinders their cheer!
They aren’t what they appear,
And not even what they sound.
But just the reverse,
To something which is more tragic than worse!
A soul trapped,
And a life willing to pop out,
Of the body that it isn’t meant to be with,
Yet, has to abide by some vague myth!
It could be a girl sobbing,
Inside a manly structure and muscles.
Or maybe a notorious boy,
Unexcitingly playing with some girlish toy!
These souls do not seek money,
Nor do they need luxuries.
But only someone to set them free,
As a ravishing bird, all ready to flee!
You hook them unwillingly,
Or compel not to reveal,
The truth their hearts are craving to say,
In a nutshell, they wanna find out their way!
Maybe it’s our orthodox norm,
Or the society that’s repulsive to change.
Which has confined them to follow,
Their idiotic rules which are deeply hollow!
And these timid wimpish lives,
Then sit back cursing their fates.
Or maybe fall into a battle with God,
For disguising them as something gone flawed!
