Starts the year with cold winter 

White snow like silvery glitter.

People wearing sweaters and mufflers

So they don’t get cold and suffer. 

Next comes spring and the flowers bloom,

It’s bright and colourful, unlike the winter gloom. 

The trees are filled with fruits and flowers 

And the gardens look like they’re fresh out of a shower!

Then arrives summer as spring goes away. 

The sun comes out with its perfect golden rays. 

It’s the perfect weather for a dip in the pool 

And we’ve got holidays so no school!

Perfect time to eat ice creams and go for a cycling ride. 

Picnics don’t sound so bad at least better than staying inside! 

After summer comes monsoon and it rains all day,

The perfect make paper boats and set them for a journey far away!

Raincoats and gum boots are companions always. 

These are with us till the rest of the drizzly monsoon days. 

Then there is autumn which is very fun. 

The clouds float like yachts around the dazzling sun. 

As autumn goes, comes the dewy season. 

The grasses are filled with dew, the sun sets soon. 

There’s pleasant weather.. neither warm nor so cold.

But the trees bid goodbye to their leaves, brown and old. 

Hence the winter comes again 

This is the order they follow, and it’s always been the same !!
