It’s just for fun

Early to bed

Early to rise,

Makes a Man

Healthy, wealthy and wise!

The Event was Yeoor Hill Marathon,

Which I thought before a ton,

To run and to have fun,

The day just begun!

In the Morning I said Dad

The situation is bad…

I can’t commit

As I have to vomitL

Hence I can’t run!

Dad said my Dear Shomili

You are so jovial and lovely..

Please vomit and then you will be free

And then run carefree

Remember be brave, be strong

Be on yourself

God help those, who help themselves!!

Getting Dad’s motivation,

I vomited and then I committed

I began to run

In the Morning Sun.

Me, my brother, Mom and Dad

I was thinking myself like a big lad

Who’s running hard and very fast…

We ran a mile

And then walked for a while

The destination was nearer

And we got bolder

Finally I could see the finishing line

Slowly and steadily, I crossed the line

At last I got my medal

My 1st Marathon Medal!!

I believe, my story will inspire

So that all the kids will aspire

To run and to have fun

And to make India a healthy India…

I love my India!!
