Ray Of Hope
Ray Of Hope
Thousands of them collapsed,
The debris was plunged into grief.
Even then, seized the thief
Himself invisible, trying to pull away ornaments,
From the mishaped hands and necks
Broken that evening.
None gave, none wanted, none called for aid
Cause none had survived the human wreck.
Pellucid tears ran down the cheeks
Of every imperceptible mother,
So hurtful was the darkness
No cries were heard nor squeaks.
Only hopelessness was felt further,
Cheer wouldn't arrive for infinite weeks.
Unexpectedly a small ray of hope, disturbed
The darkness which itself was curbed
A change so unacceptable, pacified their souls
And guided them to a path of light, that reached their goals.
