Rate.......Rain

Sitting here in the comfort of my home

Seeing the beauty of a falling drop

Peeping through my window pane

Hear pitter patter of rain

Submerged in nature's love

Oblivious

How is everyone not blessed

Some are really put to test

On the other side of my lane

There resides some pain

Cry of cold

Wrinkled man stitching the hole

Praying the whole night

When will HE show the light

Pleading to stop the rain

Not to aggravate his pain

Never thought earlier!!

How can rain be so cruel

But then realised later

Some roles can be dual
