Prince Gobind Meets His Father

Prince Gobind Meets His Father

2 mins 42 2 mins 42

In 1670 AD Guru Teg Bahadur

Came back to Patna after years four

From Bengal and Assam  in the east

Ninth Guru helped make peace

Between Ram Singh and King Chakardwaj

Of Ahom tribe of Assam

On  fag end of the journey he first

Reached the garden belonging to

Nawab Raheem and Kareem Baksh

At this, the garden bloomed afresh

Like the garden of Sangladeep

With the visit of Guru Nanak Dev

Out of devotion and love these brothers

Donated the garden and some more land

To the ninth Nanak-- Guru Teg Bahadur

Now  Gurdwara is there known as

Gurdwara Guru Ka Baag and the

Donated land in record is in its name.

Prince Gobind and the  family met

Guru Teg Bahadur ji in this garden.

Prince met his father for the first time

Gurdwara Guru ka Baag is four km away

From Patna on Patna to Fatwah road

Having beautiful shrine and a sacred pool
