Every face has a story to tell.

Quiet and sweet at first sight,

But very poisonous from within.

Very few keep the exact same expression

And make it through.

They are like shadows — they come and go,

Many leave lessons we never know.

Many are antagonists, always eager for fights,

Yet some crave hugs, deep and tight.

Some wear a sweet smile that never fades,

While others hide beneath the masks they’ve made.

Some will wound with words so sly,

Alas, crowds will gather and pass,

But only a handful touch the heart.
