Oh Rain!

Oh Rain!

Oh, rain! Oh, rain! I do so wonder why people hate you;

Cause, when you come, you make me smile with you!

The splish-splash of water on my face;

Gives me more free time and space.

To appreciate and enjoy;

Life for this heavenly joy!

When the sweet smell of nature floats into my nose;

I wonder what’s in store for the future, God only knows!

When I see the children jumping in puddles;

It reminds me of times before I jumped into life’s hurdles.

Oh, rain! Oh, rain! Please come again,

Because when you visit me;

My heart leaps with glee!
