We do not know how to sleep even
So, how can we think of waking up
What we call sleep is the paralysis of
The cells of the body
As soon as the body becomes hale
And hearty
The tension of the worldly play begins
The awakened state transcends the tension
It is the awakened state of a Buddha
Plunged in meditation
Where there is neither the sun nor the moon
And yet there is neither the darkness nor the light
It is the state of Nirvana
