When the world sleeps 

The unwanted silence clenched

The night in the fist of gloaming shadow 

An unseen fogginess that absorbs 

The awakened soul,

Hiding behind the curtains 

Trapping their path in

Beyond the limits of closeness 

Beneath the clouds 

Surfing in the waves of haziness.
