My Neem Tree!
My Neem Tree!
Stretching her arms wider,
She keeps the air in her embrace.
Swinging slowly higher
We breathe in a layer of pure air!
Like a guard she stood there
Preventing the evil eye's stare!
Rolling in my bed
My eyes casually look
A cloak of darkness around her
Made me shudder!
Waves of chill air moves in
And tells me not to fear!
Smoothly blows the morning air
The fragrance of blooming neem flowers
Spreads through the air
And lets down a shower of flowers
An unseen arm sets a shape of bower!
Reluctant to tread on it
Beetles took a way around!
A missing splendor in my life-still
Throbs through my veins
Wishing me
I am not far from my gain!
