MY MOTHER...Golap Nanda
MY MOTHER...Golap Nanda
Oh! my mother dear
You have taught me not to fear
Of the entangled negativities
That is encompased in calamities
That becomes evident in epidemic
Or even in pandemic
Although I do feel dejected
And often rejected
When enemies stop my abilities
And inherent capabilities
To get perfectly projected
Still, the vibrancy of your culture
The reflecting power of your nurture
Elevates my inner spirit's zeal
And I get that miraculous heal
From the heaven
Which you might have given
As an angel and God's messenger
And as an apostle and harbinger
For enlivening my being
For making my life's bell ring
I can feel your pull of that string
Which has the strength to bring
Wonders of heavenly blesses
Cartloads of wishes and blisses
I am in dire need
Of those feed
That has kept my life intact
In the midst of struggle infact
I do miss your presence
But not your prominence
Hold the ladder tight
To continue future flight
Be that burning flame
That would never deflame
My deeds would display your glorified name
