MY GREATEST LOSS

          

Woke up late on a Monday morning

Slammed the alarm, went to refresh 

Tap water wasn't available made me furious

Banging the door sat down on table 

Vented anger on my maid for burning

The only last two breads ended up in 

Devastating start of my daily routine.

Reached late at office, scolded by devil

My 'BOSS' for not finishing up my work 

Irritated, ordered myself a coffee but 

Unfortunately, it was hot, my tongue burnt 

I Left the office late due to overtime 

Hungry and pissed off at everyone 

I rushed down to stop a taxi but it hit me 

Went to a doctor, hurried home quickly

Just to see missing maid and no electricity

Since I didn't pay bills and spend on wooing my neighbor

Thus, time was my greatest loss of life
