Mother Earth

Mother Earth

Mother earth cries,

The beautiful butterflies ask "Why"?

My beauty has been destroyed,

My soil has been acidified,

Global warming leads to the melting of ice in the Arctic,

Polar bears are hunting and escaping for the need of food,

My animals wander lonely in the street lights,

My people made me cry,

They throw the garbage in my pure rivers,

Then after in the same water they wash their sins,

Is this not a sin?

Which is now so called a ritual which prevents their salvations of sins,

Near the house,I can see the buzzing flies,

I think the butterflies never wanted to roam in the awful sky,

Now the caterpillars in my garden avoid eating the

folioles,

Engrossing camouflage can be seen in the coming days,

Tearing the papers is equal to cutting the trees,

The pink lungs are filled with dark smoke,

and the plastic is chocked in the throat,

Golden fishes and eels have disappeared,

Have you seen them waving in the deep seas?

The toxicity of fumes devastated the sky,

Poisons and thick crude oil,

Demanded the need for oxygenating gas,

Swinging birds are extinct nowadays and

Several were dead,

Cruel demands of dermis of tigers and tusks of elephants are increasing day by day,

The mother Earth is hopeless and

says "the temptations of humans can never be

erased"
