Mother- An Idle Of Inspiration

A mother plants the seeds of birth,

She grants it a heart and soul,

Blossoming it with love and virtue,

She prospers it into a plant as a whole.

Void and feeble it is yet, she finds,

Utterly new and lost in this baffling labyrinthine,

She showers it with unparalleled love and care,

And opens the blinds to endless sunshine.

She fertilizes it every once in a while,

With the soil of wit, of experience and virtue,

She protects it against all hindrance while its weak,

And ensures it stays strong & sturdy too.

She acts as a mentor, a guide and a friend,

And attends to dreams that need fulfilment,

She gives us a soul worth savouring,

And a beautiful life worth living.
