A distant echoed 

A softer murmur

Not my cats purr

A welcoming sun

Coming through the window 

A cozy warmth 

Indulging me 

Holding me

Back to my bed

I refuse I stated

It’s Monday again!

What a pain!

I close my eyes….

Dear sun

Here comes the sun….

It’s all right

If I may say it’s right

In this life I have to fight
