Mirror Mirror On The Wall
Mirror Mirror On The Wall
Mirror mirror on the wall
Am I sometimes afraid to fall?
Falling from the pedestal the world made me stand on,
Only fast fading fear around, everything else gone.
Curl like a cocoon or fly like a butterfly?
The tension just adds on.
I guess this is how life is, an unsolved puzzle,
Whose pieces we need to pick,
While we complete the life and it's hustle .
Mirror mirror on the wall,
If nobody, you are the one we recall.
But a question still stands to me,
Would you be still valued if you are in pieces?
Would you still adore us,
Or would you find yourself in an old store?
Lying there idly and then being crushed ,
Into your new fragile self.
Only if we love each other even when broken,
Less will we be scared to face reality,
Less will we be afraid of fragility,
And more will we be in calm and serenity.
Mirror mirror on the wall,
Thanks for being my Taylor Swift,
And not letting me fall.
