Mirror Mirror On The Wall

Mirror mirror on the wall 

Am I sometimes afraid to fall? 

Falling from the pedestal the world made me stand on,

Only fast fading fear around, everything else gone. 

Curl like a cocoon or fly like a butterfly? 

The tension just adds on.

I guess this is how life is, an unsolved puzzle,

Whose pieces we need to pick,

While we complete the life and it's hustle .

Mirror mirror on the wall,

If nobody, you are the one we recall. 

But a question still stands to me,

Would you be still valued if you are in pieces?

Lying there idly and then being crushed ,
