Midnight Thoughts

When I stay up beyond the midnight...

And the moonlight in the darkness shines so bright...

No second thought more relevant do I find...

You and only you acquire my whole mind...

You plant a kiss on my forehead my dear..

My lips smile and my eyes drop a tear...

You come over and love me in such a way...

That the stars too blush in the sky away...

We meet only in my thoughts, it's where...

For rest of the earth at the moment, we do not care...

But a sense of fear grips me then and there...

The sunrays will again take you away...

And life will be again so unfair...
