Maa Ki Recipe

Cooked, sweet and hot when served,

The delicious recipe of paneer butter masala,

When made by maa, it gives awesome taste.

Finally chopped tomatoes saute with ginger,

Along with green chilli and red dried chillies.

Gives the soulful fragnance and taste,

When roasted in ghee along with tomatoes.

Basically maa grind all roasted ingredients,

Turn into puree and then pour into,

Ghee to get better cooked untill release the oil,

Above all pour cream into that,

When we craved for gravy, she refused

And smiled by saying untill I fried ,

Paneer and add to it, it was not that ready.

Finally she served butter paneer ,

In bowl , topped with green corriander leaves,

Fills our mouth in water, just jumped,

And ate delicious recipe into our stomach.

The delicate paneer get dissolved in our mouth ,

Deliberately and smoothly,

Which fills our soul and stomach hand in hand,

We all praise and love the food,
