Lucid Trap
Lucid Trap
After all the mess, the day's great pains,
I was on my way to lay, lie on cloud nine.
Just to go deep in, into the realms of my dreams,
Lying on my bed, I gently closed my tired eyes.
A few breaths away was my fairy great realm,
The world which knew my conscience, in fact, a lucid dream.
Completely conscious, were my heart and mind,
Ruling my own kingdom, I spent all my nights.
But it trapped me this time, I couldn't get back,
Back to my own land, which needs my payback.
And then I was there, fighting my crazy thoughts,
Thoughts which make me dumb, even blind in seconds.
My mind, it called a python, hissing towards me,
My heart summoned an angel, who stood behind me.
Everyone came alive, the Bigfoot and even Ironman,
As I created this strange world, running on my commands.
I stood crying there, in a very strange world,
Unable to jump back, to live my life's folds.
With my thoughts offending me, making my heart cold,
I figured out my path, which was to die in my dream.
