Void

In this subtle emptiness, of scattered stardust,

Floating with no purpose seems strictly decent,

With none to obstruct, my view or path in the construct,

Of the universe's vast void, awaiting my descent.

Descending into depths of the desolate and dark,

I hear nothing all around, except the noises of the blank,

Of acoustic waves running around, of pairs popping in and out,

Of the vast void calming me down, and pairing atoms throughout.

Holding all the secrets, that nothingness wraps around,

Of something that exists, deep within the bound,

Concealed by the quantum might, dissenting aether's myth,

The great void pulls me in, having nothing to carry with.
