Love is Not a Game

This isn't the way it was supposed to be.

Things started out so perfectly.

They were so happy, their future set in broken stone.

Never would she imagine herself alone.

But time after time, he broke her trust.

What she thought was love, he felt as lust.

He locked up her heart but gave to game the key.

She watch as he now love the game and not me.

He shared love with the game, knowing she was the cost,

And she realizes now that all hope is lost.
