Life Savers

One lifesaver is washing hands frequently, 

Masks and social distancing also help you and me;

Vaccines help save lives as do some medicine,

Oxygen and hospital beds add to the sorry scene;

Doctors and nurses, all health workers strive 

Healing day and night so the virus won't thrive;

And still, people die, despite so much effort -

So many lifesavers and so much support;

And then comes a time when we turn to God ...

The greatest lifesaver is none but the Lord!
