Let Go

If my tears were glue,

My scattered self would not be broken

My heart would not ache in misery 

And my smile would never vanish.

If, only happiness existed

No soul would grieve

And one would be unable to feel the pain.

Only because there is suffering,

A heart beats a thousand rhythms in woe

Life gifts ups and downs

Creating ripples of words saying 

Move on and let go.
