Into The Abyss...

It struck an umbilical cord with his

And carried him in heart's womb

For years without fears till tomb.

Carrying all pains with smiles

For the heart that mine cared,

I held his hand in mine as paired.

We walked and rode through patches

And collected memories in bags and sachets

And stored 'em deep in heart's chambers

Until he parted ways. Alone, I did miss

Those walks, talks, hugs and that kiss

And sunk myself in despair, into the abyss.

Hurt now, my heart hurts me more

With all those memories of him in store

I find his love infringing me to core.

Disconnected and disturbed and bottomed

I smile with sarcasm and wrath

And seethe!
