Innocent Threads

While turning chapters of life

In a backward flip,

Somewhere from all content

I got a gist.

As a child, life was a lesser fuss

Tough we had a series of 

Questions in us.

With more of how's and why

Our imaginations fly

Touching the top sky.

But as we grow with days

Our questions get answered

In different ways.

And with all the answers in 

Hand

It difficult to find a stable

Land.

Somewhere with lesser 

Known fact,

To face life we had

Better tact.

And now with overflow of

Knowledge,

The child in us is 

Almost abolish.

Hoping to question

Life once again

And finding the smile

Lost in aging pain.
