If I Could Just See You Once..

             

If I could see you once more

Just once before I go

I wished that in my last breath

You would be by my side...  

The windows were shut

The door closed permanently

Little did I know from them

About you and the world...           

       

My days were spend with you

My life was beautified by your presence

If only you were near me

Could my death be beautified too...     

     

Those days of warmth at home

The time spend with what was mine

If only I could relieve them, but

My future was already set...   

                  

As my soul says goodbye

To those of whom I loved so much

I wished that u would atleast see my body

But they didn't even allow that...        

           

It is with great sorrow that I leave you

Behind in this world were we lived as one

My promise to you was left 

Unfulfilled as I departed without a word...        

 

My funeral couldn't be conducted

As they said it would cause a spread

If the disease hadn't caught me then

I would have been with you now...      

          

I guess this is where it ends

This long journey of life lived short

If only I could see you once

Just once before I left...
