I Set My Pen Free
I Set My Pen Free
In a world of laughter, I set my pen free,
To craft a funny poem, as funny as can be.
So here's a tale of whimsy, a jest and a grin,
Prepare for giggles, let the chuckling begin!
There once was a cat who loved to dance,
In moonlight, he'd prance, take a chance.
His disco moves were a sight to behold,
Twisting and twirling, pure feline gold.
A squirrel, meanwhile, had a nutty affair,
With an acorn, he'd argue, "You're the perfect pair!"
But the acorn just sat, quite shell-shocked, you see,
It had no idea, love could be so nutty.
A penguin named Pete with a waddle so wide,
Tried to fly like an eagle, oh, what a ride!
He flapped and he flapped, but he couldn't ascend,
So he waddled away, to make a penguin friend.
Now, let's not forget the eccentric old cow,
Who practiced ballet and I'll tell you how.
She tip-toed on hooves, in a tutu of grace,
And twirled 'round the barn, with a bemused cow face.
A funny world it is, full of laughter and cheer,
Where animals dance and nuts date, oh dear!
So let's find joy in the quirks and the oddities,
For in comedy and laughter, we find our sweet melodies!
