I Am Still A Part Of You!

As I am walking down the lane, 

All drenched up in the rain, 

I feel a memory that hits my heart, 

Makes me think of the story from where did it all start? 

For the first time when you came up to me, 

You said I was pretty like roses on the field, 

I blushed and said can you please repeat, 

Maybe I was lost in his eyes and feet. 

We walked through the roads and down the streets, 

You promised me that we shall always meet, 

In the same old cozy bar, 

Where once our scooter was hit by a car. 

Suddenly a day came into our lives, 

We thought to leave everything apart, 

 Just move on and strive

Though my soul was broken apart. 

I still do think of you, 

Not knowing whether you remember me or not, 

You were definitely among the few, 

Who shall secure a substantial place in my heart. 

I don't want to be with you anymore, 

There is more in my life that I want to explore, 

It would have been amazing if we had explored the sea, 

But no worries it is what it is meant to be. 

I am blessed that you stepped into my life, 

You gave me pleasures no matter for a short span of time, 

You gave me the taste of feeling of separation, 

May you always succeed and be away from inhibition.
