I Am In No Hurry

 

The world is in a hurry

and I am not

entire universe is desperate

to clinch a win and script victory

and I am thoroughly busy

in whipping up 

those dense layers of

time and tide

and serve own story

 

I have decided

to take along

both hidden and obvious

blend them with

nuances of consolidation

to carve a smooth dough

indulge in baking a themed cake

that would entice my love parched soul

 

The most awaited moment

would scoop me up

from the alleys of unkempt emotions

for sure

hasten the process of exuberance

and my numb senses would trudge along

enduring vistas of petrichor...

once more.
