Make me revisit the past 

Make me relive the pain

I carry from there on 

Make me scream out of those pains 

Which I suppressed for long

And passed on to the next progeny

through my belief system

Ingrained in my DNA structure

Do you actually want me to get rid of 

Those wounds which lay dormant

 For ages just to be exposed 

To more pains , more hatred,

 More non-acceptance , more... ? 

My pain was merely pain with me 

But with you it transformed 

Into an ugliest commodity 

Let me alone understand

 And cure the hurt I created for myself

 I am the Creator of my pain

 I am the Curator of the same 

My pain can never be your propaganda

 My pain is my choice to hold on to the past

My pain will purify me on its own

Love will transform everything on its own

Neither pity nor sympathy

 If anything has to be done

 It will be done by me
