Hope
Hope
I quiver in fear,
At the corner, I silently whimper,
Wishing to end the disaster,
That people can't seem to conquer.
At the start of the day, I bloom like a flower,
And the bees around me started to whisper,
I ignore them because their opinion doesn't matter,
It just adds to my fright that became bigger and bigger.
I nervously watched as the sun rise,
Waiting it to conquer my darkness and despise,
But the hope has been crumbled,
Until my mistakes finally made me stumbled.
It's just a false hope indeed,
Hoping others to stop me from the greed,
Let me out of the cage that injured me severed,
Because at the end of the day, only I can make myself finally be freed.
