"To stay healthy, inside out"...

Thus, began my new routine of staying fit...

This fitness was not constrained to physical body only...

But also my soul and mind...

Thus my resolution achievement process began....

Day in and day out...

I worked hard to achieve it..

"Resolutions are made to be broken" some mocked..

"Its just your obsession" some commented...

But I was stubborn...

Thus, year almost coming to an end now...

And my unhealthy phrase of life also came to an end...

I am now a healthy person....inside out...

My mind flushes out all the toxic thoughts..

And my body has shed all the extra fat...
