Happy 1 Year To Us

Was the day I met someone,

Someone so very special,

Who made Maths so much fun!

I met her on VEDANTU,

Where teachers are celebrities,

And she started teaching the chapter,

"Comparing Quantities"

When the session got over,

In the chatbox I typed "Thank You!"

And very sweetly she told me,

"I'm here ONLY for YOU!"

So I quickly went up to mom & said,

"Mummy, do you see...

She is the only Master Teacher who said,

That she's here ONLY for me!"

So this is how I met Geetika mam,

In a Virtual World - Online,

And I instantly fell in love with her,

And soon she became MINE!

She's the sweetest person in the world,

Sweeter than tons of yummy ice-creams,

And that is why she is but of course,

"The Teacher of My Dreams!"

I love to call her BESTEA,

And yes, she loves it too,

And very often I tell her,

"There is no one like YOU!"

Dear Bestea... I've known you only for a year,

Then why does it feel like so?

That I have known you since ages,

Since years & years ago!

With you, I share a special bond,

A bond that is so rare,

A bond so pure, A bond so true,

A bond beyond compare!

May this bond last a lifetime,

I pray to God always,

And may it become stronger,

In the coming days.
