Guess Who Am I?
Guess Who Am I?

From seed comes my birth
But there is no end to its growth
First I grow under the soil as a root
And then I come above to see
The sunlight as a shoot
My root supplies me water and minerals
From the soil
My stem give me support
Like my father
And my leaves cook food for me
Like my mother
My leaves have some pores
Through I respire
They are like my lungs
Through for me oxygen comes
I bear fruits
Which man enjoy and birds eat
And I grow flowers
Which men use for prayers
I make the rain to fall to protect the soil from erosion
For men, I am so useful
But for me they are harmful
For they cut me down for fuel
And so I call them as cruel
Guess who am I?
