Grow Rosebud, Into A Fine Rose
Grow Rosebud, Into A Fine Rose

Time may have passed yet you remained beautiful
Even just your presence made this garden so lovely
And made friends with the butterflies so smoothly
Thanks to the fireflies you kept glowing in the evenings
They protected you in your sleep until the morning sun rises
If you were a bird, you would be a hatchling,
Your wings are so soft and small for the journey, but now wide open like the wings of an eagle
Your feathers are as colorful and pretty as those of a peacock
It formed a rainbow as you flew the skies above the clouds
And turned the darkness of the night sky into a bright sky
And as I watch you in a distance, while you rise to the top
I can't help feel so delighted and at the same time unhappy
For you're, everyone's best-loved, while I'm the total opposite
Just a mere grass, an obstacle in your way, a nuisance in your path
That must be removed in this little garden for you to grow, Rosebud
