Grow Old
Grow Old
You charmed me
While we were young,
Sparked my feelings, ignite a
Burning fire, which still
Cracks the flames out
Of me every time I glance at you.
Through thin and thick
We persevered, still
Find you attractive,
We grew grey hairs
Gasping great air,
Peered the sun peeling
Its stunning, beauty before us.
Shedding tears of
Lost ones. Rain of fears
Thinking perhaps you're
Next and I can't live
Without you.
We grew old and bold,
Molded, and shouldered
Each other shared tears,
Sorrow and pain, borrowed
Your suffering and owned.
Designed them mine so
We could be one.
