Grief and Despair

Through uncharted paths my spirit writhes

Enveloped by sorrows where anguish thrives

For in this journey where despair is rife

I seek to heal to offer solace in strife. 

Whispering silently pain takes its toll

A melody of tears a bottomless hole 

Yet within my soul a glimmer remains

Yearning to ease the suffering and break the chains. 

Oh! grief you relentless and callous foe

Your presence haunts inflicting blow after blow But I a pilgrim in this desolate land 

Shall extend my hand and lend a helping hand. 

I have tasted the depths of despair's bitter brew

Lost and adrift gasping for life anew

Yet amidst the abyss a faint flicker did glow

A spark of hope refusing to let go. 

In the depths of shadows where grief resides

A tale I weave of anguish where hope subsides

With heavy heart and tears unbound

I share my own despair a mournful sound. 

With words as tender as a soothing balm

I aim to mend their wounds and bring them calm

In shared anguish our souls connects

Through unity healing shall brightly protects. 

May grief's tempestuous waves not tear them apart

I shall be their shelter a steadfast heart

Through verses gentle I'll alleviate their pain

Draining sorrows like a soothing rain. 

Hear me weary souls fraught with despair

Let not anguish consume as I'm here to share

Together we shall tread this arduous way,

With love and empathy, burdens we'll sway.
