The morning newspaper brought news of gloom

The Mauni Singh had spoken about the impending doom

The fact it was about economics, was quite convincing

Straight talk it was, without maths, and words without mincing

Not knowing in relativity about the situation of gravity

And I read about it with the impending doom of calamity

Can we do something to save this great nation?

Restless and uneasy slowly losing patience

The cabinet is full but in ideas it is empty

Moonshine and dreaming waiting for some serendipity

The leader knows not

Knows not that he knows not
