Friendship

Friendship

Though the journey begins with a groan,

Every day carried a humdrum gaze.

Though we've preserved resenting mourn,

We've started mending our ways.

Here we enter the school in masses,

Felt like being under bereavement.

Shortly we spluttered through our classes,

Expounded the behaviour of the impudent.

The joy of school commenced,

Tantalizing and teasing our friends,

We were not puzzled yet befuddled,

With the world which brought in new trends.

Bygone days being passed happily,

Expecting the forthcoming days to come buoyantly.

But the phase brought abrupt insolvency,

Wrecking our friendships indignantly.

Sans amis we are left vext,

Till we understand their solace,

We have been moved to the next,

This kind of loneliness we've to face.

Every friendship is left amidst,

Every ending brings a new twist,

We have got a world too wide; And

Our friends are always by our side.
