Forget What We Once Were

So young, yet so old 

We've just entered our twenties 

Yet I feel like the world has changed 

New responsibilities, new relations 

New feelings, new friends 

It's like we forgot everything we once were 

Everything we once loved to do and liked to have 

Everything that brought a smile to our face.

And now there's a new order of life 

We are expected to act a certain way

Associate with certain people 

Feel certain emotions 

And forget everything we once were
