When I see the sky

I want to fly

When I was a kid

Many times I did

As time flew

Inner fears grew

Pulling me down

Saying that I will drown

Never tried

Only cried

As it wanted to

Looking back after 30 years

Only to be left with tears

If I had followed my dreams

Would have been escaped from the screams

Of my heart

If I had taken the risk

My life would have been brisk

Full of energy and happiness

Filling up the emptiness

Follow your heart

Not so smart

But genuine and divine.
