Firefly

Shimmer of the firefly
Is the perfect reminder,
To shine your own light,
Even in the darkest day.

When life is utterly drab,
Instead of feeling dread,
Let you stand for yourself,
Be one's own guiding light.

May your days be more lit,
And let nights be so shiny.
If the track seems to fade,
Be your own way showers.

Like fly's bioluminescence,
May your tiny little sparkle
Glitter up nook and corner
Of a vast terrestrial sphere.
