Fighting Through

I can feel the waves,

I can feel the gushing winds.

Touching my cheeks gently,

Flashing emotions swiftly.

Everything around me is spinning,

Everything inside me is burning.

I feel clueless and yet standing firmly.

In spite of my naiveness, I dare to face World solitarily.

What chance do I have to survive?

"Nothing" my mind cries.

Yet my heart plays cards of optimism.

Fighting through all the criticisms.

Oh, Viscous heart! Stop this torture

I can stand this no more

Show me the way, show me the light.

While I continue to ride in dark.

I know you are there,

Just tell me where,

Is it in my soul or in my head?

Bewildered by my courage,

Feeling the rage.

I keep on moving,

Feeling the waves and gushing winds,
