A beautiful girl lives near to my lane;

From the roof of my house

Curly hair with bangs round face,,

Two small earrings with a copper bracelet;

By foot, she goes to her work on the way......

A girl from the countryside ,

Her village is attached to the border of;

My district, full of awesome scenery ...

She is a girl from the canal side,

Thousands of palm trees seen;

By the roadside attached to her native...

Her village looks always green,

Even in Summer;

Cool wind flows from rice field ....

Walking through the rice field,

Looking at the scenic beauty,

Early morning with dazzling sunlight;

Touched by the greeny leaves ..

I feel delighted,

Near to the canal side, sitting in that narrow bridge

I lose myself, with the beauty of that countryside ...

I fell in love with a rustic girl,

Her beauty is beyond the beauty of ;

That rice field ....

Her village belongs to my neighborhood district;

A few miles away from my native ........

In her charming dress,

She looks like a beautiful flower;

With colourful petals....

She is so innocent, so beautiful;

Than a Kashmiri girl,
