Fate And Freedom

Said he hold my hand miss

And led her into the abyss

But why so young? She asked

I'm destiny he barked

 It was a straight line path

No alternatives, no choices to take

I'm fate, with your life I play

She replied, impuissant I'm not

You I shall slay 

Said he, me you can't kill

No fate, all I have to do is to act on my free will

A fate she did vanquish

Anguish won over by a single wish.
